Details:

On Saturday 30 January 2016 from 9am-12pm, we are planning to have a music ministry team gathering.

The plan is to gather to discuss where we’re currently at as a ministry, to look to the year ahead, work on a new song or two and tighten up a few oldies, and spend some time praying and fellowshipping together.

Please bring along:

• Bible, notebook and pen

• Your copy of the Music Ministry Description (download here, or ask me for a paper copy)

• Your instrument(s)

• Questions and ideas

• Something to throw on the BBQ for lunch! When we’re done, we’ll fire up the BBQ on the deck and enjoy some lunch together for those who wish to stay. if anyone’s able to bring some salads or rolls, etc., please let me know.

Before then:

Please spend some time over the next few weeks going over the Music Ministry Description and committing our ministry to prayer.

As it’s the beginning of the year, it’s also a good time to review your involvement in the ministry team. If you feel that it’s right for you to take a break this year, please get in touch with me so we can have a chat over the next few weeks. I won’t try to talk you our of it, but I’ll love to discuss your decision with you and pray with you.

If there’s anyone new that you’ve come across who might be interested in joining the music ministry team, please introduce them to me as soon as possible. I’d like to have some one-on-one time with them before then to discuss their spiritual walk, and church background.
