Prayer Focus

Each week we focus our church family prayers on a topic or theme. This week, our prayer focus is for planning and resourcing our ministries into the new term.

‘For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?’ (Luke 14:28 ESV)

• Thank the Lord for what he has blessed us with to serve him this year
• Ask Him to continue providing what we need for our various ministries, in terms of people to serve and resources
• Ask for his help to be content with what he has provided, and to plan well to keep the gospel central in all our aspirations and priorities as a church.

Core Commitment 

Each week, we also pray through one of our church’s core commitments. This week’s core commitment is to training for gospel ministry.

By grace, we are committed to grow together in Jesus
through training for gospel ministry.

Please pray that we would prioritise and encourage training for gospel ministry across our church family, so that we can all be involved in the furtherance of Christ’s kingdom. Pray especially for our training colleges (QTC in Brisbane and Trinity in Perth) as they train gospel workers.
