Each week we focus our church family prayers on a topic or theme. This week, our prayer focus is for the men in our church family.

‘“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.’ (Deuteronomy 6:4–6 ESV)

• Thank the LORD for our recent men’s camp, especially for the things learned and the fellowship enjoyed
• Pray that those who were there would commit to live out what they learned in their personal lives, their homes, and in the world
• Pray that all of our men would be deeply immersed in God’s Word, to grow in their love and knowledge of him in Christ Jesus

Core Commitment 

Each week, we also pray through one of our church’s core commitments. This week’s core commitment is to Jesus Christ as the fulfilment of the Bible’s message.

By grace, we are committed to learn about Jesus through clearly and understably presenting the Lord Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of all Scripture and the only sacrifice for our sin.

Please pray for everyone who teaches in our church (preachers, Grace Community group leaders, Sunday School teachers) to always clearly teach the Bible in a way that points to Jesus.
