Each week we focus our church family prayers on a topic or theme. This week, our prayer focus is for Sunday School.

‘Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! […] Come, O children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.’ (Psalm 34:8, 11 ESV)

• Thank the Lord for our Sunday School ministry, for the team that teaches our kids, and for the kids who come along each week
• Pray for our Sunday School ministry to support families helping their kids grow as young disciples of Jesus
• Pray for our Sunday School team to always have their ministry shaped and motivated by the gospel, and for them to know the encouragement of seeing kids grow as followers of Jesus.

Core Commitment 

Each week, we also pray through one of our church’s core commitments. This week’s core commitment is to an evangelical and reformed gospel ministry.

By grace, we are committed to learn about Jesus
through an evangelical and reformed understanding of the gospel
of the Lord Jesus Christ, as presented in Scripture.

Please pray that, in our ministry and our lives, we would never be tempted to add to or take away from what Jesus has done for us, or from what God has revealed in his Word, the Bible.
