Each week we focus our worship service and Grace Community Group prayers on a topic or theme. This week, our prayer focus is the roadmap to reopening Australia.
- Thank God that we are able to consider relaxing restrictions and reopening
- Pray for wisdom and integrity for our local, state and federal leaders, health authorities and law enforcement as they manage the various stages of reopening
- Pray for patience, selflessness and respect for authority as we submit to the changing restrictions
- Pray for cases of COVID-19 to continue to decrease, and that a resurgence of the disease might not take place as restrictions are relaxed
- Pray for us to be patient and faithful as we adapt our person gospel witness and church gospel ministry to the changing circumstances
Each week, we also pray through one of the core commitments from our church vision statement. This week’s commitment is multiplying gospel ministry
By grace, we are committed to declare to the world that Jesus Christ is Lord through the multiplying of gospel ministry and the planting of churches. (Acts 14:23, Titus 1:5)
Pray for our outreach ministries, like Play Group, Christianity Explored, etc. and that we would be eager to see new churches planted and people reached with the gospel.
