Each week we focus our church family prayers on a topic or theme. This week, our prayer focus is for Veterans, Service Personnel and Military Chaplains.

‘Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.’ (John 15:13 ESV)

• Thank the Lord for the selfless service of our servicemen and women, who have worked to secure our peace and freedom
• Pray for those currently service, for safety and courage when they face danger, loneliness or misunderstanding
• Pray for those who have served, especially those who still carry injuries to their bodies, their minds or their hearts, that they would be healed
• Pray for military chaplains, to bring the hope and good news of Jesus’ ultimate victory to those who serve

Core Commitment 

Each week, we also pray through one of our church’s core commitments. This week’s core commitment is to serving one-another.

‘By grace, we are committed to grow together in Jesus through the ministry of church members to one-another’ (see 1 Peter 4:10)

Thank God for our church family, and pray that we would be eager to meet each others’ needs with the gifts God has given each one of us in Christ.
